Pipeline X-Ray Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Pipeline X-Ray at xray.axiss.ai, provided free by Axiss AI Corp. ("Axiss"). By checking the box and continuing, you agree to them. If you use the Pipeline X-Ray for your company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. What it is.
The Pipeline X-Ray analyzes a pipeline file in your browser and produces a report. It's general business information, not financial, legal or investment advice, and its findings depend on the data you provide.
2. Your data.
You keep all rights to your file and your report. Only upload data you're allowed to use for this purpose. Your file is read in your browser and isn't sent to us, as described in our Privacy Notice.
3. Our tool.
Axiss owns the Pipeline X-Ray, including its software, analysis methods, text and design. You may use your report inside your company and share it with your advisors. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the tool, use it to build a competing product, or try to disrupt or overload it.
4. No warranty.
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
5. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Axiss isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the tool, and our total liability is limited to $100.
6. Readouts and NDAs.
If you book a readout or share a summary, the Axiss AI Mutual NDA you accept at that point also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the NDA controls for the information it covers.
7. Changes.
We may change or stop the tool, or update these terms by posting a new version here. Using the tool after an update means you accept it.
8. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
