Pipeline X-Ray Privacy Notice

Axiss AI Corp. ("Axiss", "we", "us") makes the Pipeline X-Ray at xray.axiss.ai. This notice explains what we collect when you use it, what we never collect, and the choices you have. Questions go to privacy@axiss.ai.

The short version

Your pipeline file is read inside your browser. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we never see it.
Your X-Ray and its PDF are built in your browser. We can't see your results unless you choose to share totals with us.
We collect the details you type in, like your work email, plus basic technical data and simple usage counts.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Your pipeline file

When you upload a CSV or Excel file, the Pipeline X-Ray reads it in your browser's memory on your device. The file, its rows and its values are not sent to Axiss, to our service providers or to any AI model, and they are not saved in your browser's storage. They are cleared when you start over, refresh or close the tab. The PDF is created on your device and saved only where you choose to save it. Once the page has loaded, the analysis works with no internet connection, so you can disconnect to check this for yourself.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

Your work email, and if you choose, your name, company and title. You enter these on axiss.ai, and they are passed to the Pipeline X-Ray in the link that opens it.
Your acceptance of our Terms of Use and this notice, with the version and time
If you book a readout or share a summary: your acceptance of our Mutual NDA, with your name, email, company, the NDA version and the time
If you choose to share a summary: totals from your X-Ray, such as the number of deals, total and trusted pipeline, your Health Index, and the count and dollar amount of each finding. A summary never includes deal, account, contact or rep names, or any row from your file.

Information collected automatically:

Your IP address and browser type, used for security, to prevent abuse, and as a record of what you accepted
The page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you used
Usage events, such as starting an X-Ray, loading a file (row and column counts only), viewing the report, downloading the PDF and clicking to book a readout

We don't use advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps or third-party analytics on the Pipeline X-Ray, and we don't set cookies for advertising or tracking.

3. How we use it

To provide the Pipeline X-Ray and keep it secure
To keep a record of the terms and agreements you accepted
To follow up about your X-Ray, a readout you booked, and Axiss AI products that may be relevant to your work. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
To prepare for your readout, if you shared a summary
To understand how the tool is used, through counts, so we can improve it
To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep customer records in our own Axiss AI platform. We share information only with service providers that help us run Axiss, under agreements that limit how they can use it: Wix (our website and the sign-up form on axiss.ai), Lovable and Supabase (hosting and database), Calendly (if you book a readout) and Google Workspace (email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this notice keeps applying to it.

5. How long we keep it

Lead and usage records: up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Shared summaries: up to 12 months
Records of the terms and NDAs you accepted: for as long as the agreement can be enforced, plus the time needed to resolve any claim

We never keep your pipeline file, because we never receive it.

6. Security

The information we store is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept in access-controlled databases, and readable only by authorized Axiss staff. No system is perfectly secure, which is one reason we collect as little as we can.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing privacy@axiss.ai. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the EU and the UK, you may have further rights, such as receiving a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to how we use it, or withdrawing consent. We honor these requests for everyone, respond within the time the law requires, and won't treat you differently for making one. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

For visitors in the EU and UK: we rely on our legitimate interests to provide and secure the tool and to follow up with business contacts, on your consent when you share a summary, and on contract for the agreements you accept.

8. International visitors

Axiss is based in the United States, and the information we store is processed in the United States.

9. Children

The Pipeline X-Ray is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we handle your pipeline file, we'll say so clearly on the upload page before it takes effect.
